Job summary

Alaska-Santos seeks a Corporate Attorney to partner with the business, addressing corporate, commercial, regulatory and environmental matters in Alaska. You will work with Supply Chain, Operations, Environmental, Health and Safety, and other functions to provide practical, business-oriented counsel.

You will advise on complex contracts and regulatory issues, ensure governance compliance, and support major projects and partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and valid bar in Alaska.
• Minimum 6 years of practice experience.
• Experience in Alaska environmental and regulatory law is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate MSAs, EPCs, scopes of work, and procurement contracts.
• Advise on environmental compliance and permit requirements.
• Support environmental permitting approvals and engagement plans.
• Provide litigation support and review JOAs and AFEs with partners.
• Ensure compliance with SMS, DOA, and Corporate Governance.
