Job summary

LHH is seeking a high-impact finance leader for a fully remote role that requires residency in the Nashville, TN metro area. You will lead month-end close, consolidate financial reporting, and oversee lender and board reporting across multiple units.

You will drive treasury, audits, and GAAP compliance, while guiding ERP implementations and integrations in a growth-focused, private-equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Public accounting foundation.
• Currently in a hands-on Controller or accounting leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, project-based, construction, or percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or business integrations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and consolidated financial reporting.
• Oversee lender, sponsor, and board reporting.
• Manage treasury and cash flow activities.
• Lead external audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Provide accounting leadership across decentralized business units.
• Support acquisition integrations, ERP/system implementations, and process improvements.
• Drive working capital and cash flow initiatives.
