The position offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000 based on experience, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. You will play an essential role in shaping accounting processes and supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Proficient in GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and full-cycle accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close processes.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
