Job summary

Aperture Pet & Life is seeking a Corporate Controller to direct accounting operations across two sites, leading month-end close and global consolidation. You will own external audits, establish policies, and ensure strong internal controls while balancing local needs and company growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting background, communication and organizational skills, and experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role reports to the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CMA is preferred.
• Experience in multi-site locations with consolidation expertise.
• Familiarity with ERP and financial consolidation software (Epicor or Sage).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site month-end close and global consolidation.
• Oversee external audit coordination and policy setting.
• Maintain US GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Draft and update global accounting policies.
• Standardize treatments across sites and educate staff.
• Supervise GL, AP, and AR functions; manage cash/workings capital.
