Job summary

Gabrielli Truck Sales, a leading multi-location truck dealership, seeks a Corporate Controller to lead accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax across the network. You will report to the CFO and drive strong internal controls, cash optimization, and strategic alignment with business operations.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in a multi-entity dealership setting, CPA preferred, and advanced Excel/FP&A skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in a multi-entity or dealership setting.
• Expertise in financial control, planning, reporting and treasury management.
• Experience with centralized accounting systems and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience in private equity, high-growth, or acquisitions advantageous.
• Proven track record of building teams, driving improvement, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication with senior management, lenders, and auditors; strategic thinker with hands-on style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax for all Gabrielli dealerships and affiliates.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, timely statements, and accuracy of consolidated reports.
• Establish metrics, provide analysis, and benchmark against budgets and industry norms.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and external-audit readiness.
• Partner with CFO and leadership on strategic initiatives including expansion and acquisitions.
• Lead due diligence, negotiation, and integration of acquisitions or joint ventures.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations, and financing strategies to support growth.
• Optimize finance organization structure; implement processes and tech improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team across multi-location ops.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR on incentive compensation aligned to goals.
• Provide analytical leadership and forward-looking financial insights for decisions.
• Maintain hands-on leadership when required to drive performance and integrity.
