Confidential in Littleton, CO is seeking a Corporate Controller for a mid-to-large sized, high-growth company with hybrid in-office requirements. You will lead the full accounting function, drive GAAP-compliant reporting, and partner with CFO/FP&A on cash flow and strategic growth initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller experience, and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience as a Controller.
• 2+ years of accounting leadership in a mid-to-large-sized, high-growth organization.
• Experience supporting increased scale and complexity, including multi-state operations.
• Proven execution of process evaluation and improvement implementation.
• Strong technical skills including ERP systems and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations (4 direct reports, 15-20 indirect).
• Mentor and develop accounting team members and align priorities with company goals.
• Produce GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial results to identify risks, opportunities, and insights for the CFO.
• Partner with FP&A on cash flow, liquidity, and working capital optimization.
• Support budgeting processes and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement improvements to increase accounting efficiency and scalability.
• Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and support growth.
• Manage internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance.
