Job summary

National Safety Apparel seeks a senior accounting leader to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and controls across manufacturing and distribution. The Corporate Controller will oversee close cycles, budgeting, and policy development while partnering with operations, IT, and executive management.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting, CPA or MBA preferred, and a track record in audits and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual closes across locations.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors and regulators.
• Oversee audits, external statements, and management reports.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and controls.
