You will oversee internal controls, ERP implementation, and collaboration with auditors, tax advisers, and counsel, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC‑like scrutiny for future milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; active CPA preferred.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible accounting experience with audits or audit prep.
• Direct responsibility for audits under PCAOB standards and SEC reporting or SEC‑filing company preparation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statements and internal controls.
• Experience preparing workpapers, reconciliations, financial statements, and memoranda.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP system and subledger-to-general ledgers reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including close calendar, journal entries, estimates, reconciliations, and review procedures.
• Prepare U.S. GAAP financial statements, supporting schedules, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Lead audits, prepare schedules, respond to audit questions, and coordinate with auditors.
• Review contracts for accounting implications and monitor standards implementations.
• Design and implement practical internal controls over financial reporting.
• Lead the finance workstream for ERP transition: COA design, data mapping, validation, cutover, and post‑go live controls.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain, legal, and HR to obtain timely financial information.
