Hyatt Hotels Corporation in New York, NY, is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the management company revenue cycle, month-end close, intercompany allocations, and broad financial reporting for its hospitality platform.

This on-site position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and requires hands-on treasury experience, GAAP expertise, and strong leadership across accounting functions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of accounting experience.
• Mix of public accounting and private industry experience.
• Experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader at PE/real estate/financial services.
• Experience owning a corporate or management company close with multiple workflows.
• Hands-on treasury experience including cash management and banking admin.
• Experience with accounts payable and vendor interactions.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the management company and other entities.
• Maintain the corporate general ledger and chart of accounts in Sage Intacct.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, allocations, billbacks and chargebacks, and shared services cost allocations.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for management company and affiliates.
• Oversee AP/AR, vendor management, Concur expense reporting, and corporate card programs.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and budget vs actual reporting.
• Prepare distributable cash calculations after reserves.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors; lead audit processes.
• Improve accounting, billback and allocation policies, controls, and workflows.
• Support Sage Intacct and Concur optimization; partner with Investors’ accounting and leadership.
