Qualifications

• 3+ years as corporate and securities paralegal at a public company or law firm.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and corporate governance activities.
• Able to maintain high ethics and absolute confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and minute books for B&G Foods and subsidiaries.
• Prepare annual meeting materials and proxy statement drafts.
• Draft form agreements and transaction documents for review by supervising attorneys.
• Assist with strategic transactions, including acquisitions and debt/equity financings.
• Track due diligence and integrate milestones; liaise with internal teams.
