Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate/internal/public relations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading; adaptable tone for executives, employees, franchise partners, and customers.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with email platforms, surveys, webinars, or customer service systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit executive talking points, presentations, leadership updates, internal announcements, FAQs, and other materials for corporate employees and franchise partners.
• Support CEO and senior leadership communications, town halls, system webcasts, business reviews, and franchisee meetings by preparing messages and coordinating inputs.
• Translate operational changes and growth initiatives into audience-focused messages with clear actions.
• Maintain communications calendars, distribution lists, templates, and approval workflows; publish through email, webcast, and other channels.
