Capital Vacations, based in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and owner services call center positions. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Recruit for corporate departments including administrative, finance, human resources, marketing, technology, customer service, and owner services call center positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews, offer presentations, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Promote Capital Vacations as an employer of choice within the community and through various recruiting channels.

Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and owner services call center positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting for corporate functions and call center environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.
