Qualifications

• Track record in corporate or financial communications, ideally in public company, agency, or newsroom settings.
• Established relationships with financial and technology media.
• Ability to read and translate financial/business documents into clear narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to capture an executive voice.
• Comfort working independently in a regulated, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive storytelling—develop stories beyond just reacting to events.
• Experience with Investor Relations or Legal teams on public disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of corporate communications results, including earnings, guidance announcements, annual reporting, leadership changes, and transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial and technology media; be the go-to contact for reporters and producers.
• Translate financial documents into clear, compelling narratives explaining Unity's strategy and results.
• Proactively develop stories across the business to showcase Unity’s impact and innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional moments such as earnings, partnerships, and major news.
• Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, and Product Comms to respect disclose obligations and quiet-periods.
