Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
• Experience supporting communications for senior executives and handling confidential information.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills across audiences and formats.
• Strong experience developing executive communications, presentations, speeches, and videos.
• Excellent balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and coordinate approvals for internal and external communications content.
• Provide editorial guidance to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Manage corporate campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop strategies and content to advance firm's People & Culture goals.
• Oversee communications calendar and channel strategy for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with brand and PR agencies and review messaging.
• Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams on assets.
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
