Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank invites applications for the Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager role in hybrid working arrangement based in Waltham, MA. You will support credit risk management and loan quality for the C&I portfolio, preparing analyses, loan packages, and background information for approvals and reviews.

The position requires 4+ years of credit analysis experience, a four-year degree in business/finance/economics or accounting, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, preferably in business, finance, economics or accounting.
• 4+ years credit analysis experience, to include C&I experience.
• Completion of a formal credit training program.
• Strong analytical and computer skills; knowledge of commercial lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to loan officers with preliminary underwriting reviews and information gathering.
• Assist in preparing and updating credit file rating summaries and portfolio reviews.
• Assist in managing the credit approval process from origination to closing and post-closing monitoring.
• Review legal documents for compliance with loan approvals and coordinate with Bank attorneys.
• Maintain regular management reports and monitor covenant compliance.
