Qualifications

• Experience with fund formation or regulatory work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting, and corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions agreements, securities offerings, and other related documents.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction.
• Provide guidance to clients on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in the corporate governance and securities law fields.
