Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Accounts Sales professional in a hybrid role based around Harrisburg. The position involves developing sales plans to maximize territory revenue and delivering customized business solutions for prospects and customers.

You will travel to meet customers, maintain open communication with partners, monitor competitor activity, and coordinate with Service Center teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales with at least 5 years in Corporate Accounts Sales in LTL.
• Proven sales skills and ability to travel to meet customers.
• Knowledge of the surrounding geographical market and LTL industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales/marketing action plans to maximize territory revenue.
• Provide customized business solutions for prospects and customers.
• Organize and conduct sales activities efficiently to meet objectives.
• Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers.
• Keep informed about competitor developments and assets.
• Facilitate information meetings with Service Center team members and handle special assignments.
