Direct operations, IT, customer experience, and compliance functions.
Establish metrics and KPIs; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
Manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain business continuity.
Drive technology adoption to enhance data analytics and decisions.
Support growth through change management and scalability initiatives.
