Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
- 10–15+ years in electrical contracting, construction operations, or manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and project management software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field installations, preconstruction planning, and shop-floor electrical assembly lines.
- Build standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and KPIs.
- Manage job costing, budgeting, resource allocation, and labor productivity.
- Ensure OSHA guidelines, electrical codes, and regulatory safety standards are followed.
- Bridge communication between field superintendents, project managers, estimating, and executive leadership.
