Job summary

PEAK Grantmaking is seeking a Partnerships Director to develop, execute, and evaluate the organization's engagement strategy with philanthropic and peer organizations in support of the Principles for Peak Grantmaking. The role focuses on nurturing and managing partner relationships, communicating strategy, and strengthening PEAK's visibility across national and global communities.

As a Programs Team member, you will travel 3–5 days per month and collaborate with PEAK leadership to advance

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes, and evaluates engagement strategy with philanthropic and peer organizations in support of the Principles for Peak Grantmaking.
• Nurtures and manages partner relationships and communicates strategy to PEAK’s philanthropic partners and members.
• Identifies, develops, cultivates partnerships with philanthropic institutions to promote equitable grantmaking practices.
• Travels 3–5 days per month; occasional travel may be required during peak periods.
