Job summary

Equinavia, located at 1100 Buckingham St, Watertown, CT, is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our finance team on-site. This role focuses on cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and robust accounting controls to support strategic decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in financial management, CPA or MBA preferred, and a proven track record of leading finance operations in mid-sized organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred for advanced leadership and compliance.
• 5–10 years of financial management experience, with controller exposure.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and treasury management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead accounting operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily, weekly, monthly cash flow forecasting for liquidity.
• Oversee A/R and A/P, and manage working capital improvements.
• Lead general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual audit processes and external interactions.
