The ideal candidate will oversee month‑end and year‑end closes, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting with a focus on controls and process improvements. You will manage multi‑entity accounting, cash flow, payroll via ADP, and collaborations with leadership to support strategic decisions, budgeting, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance, full‑cycle accounting and managing accounting staff.
• Accounting system implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for Spring‑Green and subsidiaries.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes and financial reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and data‑driven insights for leadership.
