Job summary

1915 South seeks a Corporate Controller to own the integrity of financial records across all entities and run the accounting operation end to end. You will oversee GL, close processes, reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting, partnering with FP&A and reporting to the Chief Finance & Strategy Officer.

You will lead the accounting team, including offshore resources, and own STORIS and QuickBooks Enterprise workflows, while documenting procedures and ensuring segregation of duties across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting audit.
• Multi-entity month-end close and consolidation experience.
• Experience leading and developing an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendar across all entities.
• Maintain chart of accounts and class/cost-center structure; ensure proper coding.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation with audit-ready support.
• Oversee balance-sheet reconciliation process and internal controls over cash, inventory, and P2P/O2C cycles.
• Own lease accounting under ASC 842 and the fixed-asset register and depreciation.
• Produce monthly financial statements with variance analysis for leadership; support lender reporting.
