Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across multiple entities and states. This hands-on leader will oversee the corporate office team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and partner with ownership and senior leadership.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity experience, and the ability to manage budgets, close cycles, and intercompany transactions, with a focus on internal controls and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting experience in a Controller or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting.
• Real estate, hospitality, or multi-location business experience preferred.
• Experience supervising accounting and/or administrative staff.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; QuickBooks experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple companies across several states.
• Manage the general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing processes with accurate statements.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and tax with outside CPAs.
• Support ownership with special projects and restaurant operations.
