Responsibilities include meeting with owners, developing KPIs and dashboards, leading month-end close, improving internal controls, and coordinating with tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Active CPA license.
• 8+ years of accounting, controllership, advisory, or public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with business owners to explain financial results, develop KPIs and dashboards, and advise on cash flow, profitability, and budgeting.
• Lead month-end close processes, review financial statements, and improve internal controls and accounting workflows.
• Manage multiple client engagements and collaborate with tax professionals to align financial results with tax planning.
• Delegate tasks, review work, and mentor team members through collaborative service models.
