Our client, a tenured public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Business Advisory Manager/Controller - CPA.This role serves as a trusted advisor to help privately held business owners interpret their numbers, improve operational performance, and drive strategic growth.

Location: Hybrid and Remote Options Available. Candidates must reside within the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Strategy: Meet directly with business owners to explain financial results, develop KPIs and dashboards, and advise on cash flow, profitability, and budgeting.
• Controllership Oversight: Lead month-end close processes, review financial statements, and improve internal controls and accounting workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Active CPA license
• 8+ years of accounting, controllership, advisory, or public accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior public accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or outsourced controller background
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and tax coordination.
