Job summary

Regency Supply, a lighting and electrical distributor, is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and strengthen financial infrastructure to support growth. The role reports to the Vice President of Finance, oversees close processes, internal controls, treasury, audits, and regulatory compliance, and partners with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive accounting leadership.
• Experience with $100M+ revenue organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and close.
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and accounting policies.
• Manage treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads.
