ProspectBlue partners with an established organization in the construction and rail services industry to identify a Controller to lead its accounting operations. This role oversees day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 10 years of related accounting experience with prior leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience overseeing a broad range of accounting functions including GL, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow, and month-end close.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, billing, collections, GL, taxes, fixed assets, and budgeting.
• Lead monthly and year-end close processes with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain balance sheet, P&L, revenue estimates, and account reconciliations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
