Job summary

Precinmac, LP. is seeking a Controller in Tualatin, OR to own financial statement integrity, drive FP&A and internal controls across multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation and scalable finance processes. The ideal candidate brings CPA credentials, 6+ years in accounting/finance including 2+ years in senior controller roles, and deep GAAP expertise. Manufacturing/industrial exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 2+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior Accounting Manager role.
• 3+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience managing and developing accounting or finance teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process across locations; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements per U.S. GAAP.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-entity consolidation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and own the annual audit process end-to-end.
• Maintain accounting documentation and lead new standard implementations.
• Coordinate consolidation and reporting of business unit performance; analyze variances to budget/forecast.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decisions; develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Prepare executive-level reporting with KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to improve forecasting inputs and financial transparency.
• Support budgeting, cost management, and efficiency/margin improvement.
