This mid-senior level position focuses on leading accounting operations and supporting scale through ERP implementation. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in accounting, ideally with a CPA and expertise in U.S. GAAP. The compensation ranges from $200K-$250K, along with generous benefits including a gym membership and food stipend.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 and high-growth tech company exposure.
• Strong ERP implementation and migration experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Drive ERP system implementation and future migrations.
• Manage external financial reporting and annual audit processes.
• Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Build and lead a high-performing accounting team to support scale.
