Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and grow teams with fiduciary mindset.
• Experience managing subordinates; 7-10 years in accounting/finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Finance and Accounting team members.
• Oversee general and financial accounting, financial reporting.
• Responsible for all PE, Management, and Board reporting.
• Manage Treasury and Cash Management, including liquidity.
• Develop business analysis and operations support function.
