Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks a results-driven Controller to manage core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic leadership for growth.

You will lead accounting staff, advise leadership on efficiency and potential acquisitions, and oversee finances for company-managed properties and invested assets in a dynamic, safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting, and GL management.
• Experience leading accounting staff and coordinating with leadership on financial strategy.
• CPA or CMA designation is a strong plus and cognitive/behavioral assessment is required as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial packages.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to executives; identify variances and insights.
• Establish and refine internal controls and accounting processes to protect assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Direct, mentor, and support assigned accounting personnel.
• Review lease agreements and manage payments for two commercial properties; track invested assets.
• Lead internal and external audits ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Provide financial modeling for growth or acquisition opportunities.
• Drive process improvements in software, reporting, and workflows.
