Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing finance, strong costing and inventory expertise, and a track record mentoring teams. CPA/CMA preferred; advanced Excel/Hyperion skills welcomed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with standard costing and cost accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting under GAAP.
• Develop and manage annual operating plan and forecasts.
• Provide margin analysis and financial modeling for pricing decisions.
• Oversee inventory control and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Mentor accounting and finance staff.
