Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in mid-senior level accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA public accounting background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reporting of all company financial results and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead accounting close processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Own cost accounting structures, budget controls, and profitability analyses.
• Oversee ERP implementation and ongoing optimization for reporting accuracy.
• Manage insurance, tax compliance, and intercompany allocations as needed.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with department heads on P&L statements.
