Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in membership-based, subscription, or recurring revenue environment is a plus.
• Mix of public accounting and/or corporate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including financial reporting.
• Build and enhance accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy and decision-making.
• Assist in developing scalable processes for growth.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize ERP and financial systems.
