Job summary

Pfluger Architects is seeking a Controller to oversee the firm’s accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and robust internal controls. The role partners with budget owners to drive financial insight and scales accounting processes as the firm grows.

The Controller will mentor the accounting team, lead critical financial workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting background.
• Proactive leadership and the ability to drive business partnering across the organization.
