Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience drafting SOWs, RFIs, RFQs and RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop statements of work (SOWs), RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to meet sourcing needs.
• Own contract amendments, change orders, renewals, and audits.
• Advise on contract terms, negotiation tactics, and compliance with laws and university policies.
• Maintain vendor contract repository and track expirations/renewals.
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate with procurement, legal, and stakeholders.
