Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Program & Project Management professional to lead contract strategy and vendor governance for the VVO Channel Development team. You will drive end-to-end transformation of contract processes and collaborate across legal, compliance, and finance to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, market insights, and effective communication to leadership and partners. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with contracts and/or legal documents.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (including international travel).

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated program and project strategic leader for contracts and partners.
• Re-engineer business processes and policies for transformational change.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams for end-to-end transformation.
• Lead the strategic vision for partner contracts and SOW alignment.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance on contract governance.
• Negotiate with vendors and clients while ensuring timely payments.
