Job summary

GTSC in Chantilly, VA seeks a Director of Corporate Contracts and Procurement to lead the function, oversee awards and subcontracts, and ensure compliance across the organization. The role involves recruiting, supervising, training, and coaching contracts staff and reporting to senior leadership.

Hybrid-eligible after 90 days, with full-time responsibilities at GTSC Headquarters; travel as needed and interaction with external partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor's degree with NCMA certification.
• At least 10 years' experience in corporate contract support services.
• Experience in strategic planning and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Corporate Contracts function and staff.
• Develop and enforce contracts policy, procedures, and compliance.
• Lead development of subcontract templates and audits for USG contracts.
• Manage contract administration from award to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and GTSC policies.
