Job summary

GTSC seeks a Director of Corporate Contracts & Procurement to lead our Contracts function in Chantilly, VA. The role oversees awards and subcontracts, staff supervision, and compliance. Hybrid work after 90 days is available.

Requirements include 10+ years in contract management, US citizenship for security clearance, and NCMA credentials. Salary range is $180,000–$190,000 per year, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent NCMA certs).
• At least 10 years’ experience managing corporate contract support services.
• U.S. Citizen – eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Corporate Contracts function, including staffing and audits.
• Supervise, train, coach and mentor staff; recruit per budget; ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with Federal regulations and GTSC standards; oversee procurement of services and subcontract templates.
• Negotiate and manage prime contracts and subcontracts; drive compliance and performance.
