Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/contract management.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
- 15+ years leading government contracts in defense.
- 5+ years supervisory experience in contracting/pricing.
- Experience with major government-wide vehicles.
- Expert in FAR/DFARS, CPSR, SCA.
Responsibilities
- Lead Contracts, Procurement, Project Control, and Pricing divisions.
- Standardize procurement processes for services and materials.
- Draft, review, negotiate Prime/Sub contracts and NDAs.
- Manage subcontractor pipelines, invoicing, and deliverables.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across FAR/DFARS and export controls.
- Support complex DoD proposals and pricing strategies.
