Job summary

IronMountain Solutions seeks a strategic Vice President of Contracts to lead contracts, procurement, and pricing across DoD programs in Huntsville, AL. This executive will oversee major contract vehicles, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficient negotiation and execution with federal agencies.

The role requires deep federal contracting expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex proposals on time and within budget in a high-stakes defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, contract management, or related field.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in government contracts and procurement.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing contracting, procurement, or pricing personnel.
• Experience managing prime contracts and subcontracts across major government-wide or agency-specific vehicles.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and SCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct activities across the Contracts, Procurement, Project Control, and Pricing divisions.
• Standardize and optimize processes for procuring direct-charge services and materials across all divisions.
• Provide internal corporate contracts governance oversight.
• Provide mentorship and strategic direction to department directors, managers, and staff across contracting and pricing.
• Manage MACs, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and OTAs; oversee portfolio growth.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, NDAs, and Leases.
• Ensure export compliance and regulatory affairs leadership.
• Support proposal development and pricing strategy.
