Qualifications

  • Ability to interface with various disciplines and contract types, including Government contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in Front End phase to assess contract operability.
  • Prepares and manages Air Liquide E&C Group Contracts per Guidelines.
  • Manages contracts and creates contractual awareness within project teams via CMP.
  • Plans and develops contract and claim management strategies during execution.
  • Monitors and controls commercial risks and opportunities during project lifetime.
