GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to develop and negotiate contract language across GVH product lines globally. The role focuses on the Inquiry to Order phase and involves risk management, deliverables coordination, and leadership in contract strategy.

The role requires a JD with 5+ years of related experience, travel, and the ability to navigate complex commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with internal governance and standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of directly related contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft contract language for a wide range of commercial matters, such as sales contracts, NDAs, consortium agreements or other partnering models.
• Lead customer contract negotiations in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
• Review and develop customer term sheets and agreements, aligning with GVH models and standards.
• Provide guidance on RFQ, change orders, contract T&Cs, and dispute issues to project teams.
