Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and lead customer negotiations. The role focuses on the Inquiry to Order phase, with responsibility for compliance, risk assessment, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive timely deals.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and at least 10 years of contract experience, with strong writing and negotiating skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven experience with commercial contracts and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Draft contract language for sales contracts, NDAs, consortium agreements, or other partnering models.
• Lead customer contract negotiations in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
• Review and develop customer term sheets and agreements to GVH standards.
• Provide guidance on RFQ responses, change orders, and contract administration.
