Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Senior Manager Contracts to negotiate national agreements in the surgical portfolio, delivering competitive pricing and favorable terms for HealthTrust members. You will manage a portfolio of approximately $100M-$200M in annual spend and lead strategic sourcing from development through contract implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience negotiating contracts in nursing or surgical categories preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities from market analysis, RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, awards, and implementation.
• Develop and execute contracting strategies that maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, including risk mitigation and performance requirements.
• Present sourcing strategies and award recommendations to internal stakeholders and member advisory boards.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting financial, operational, and timeline objectives.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and category dynamics to support strategies.
