Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, onsite at Bell Flight Blvd, is seeking a Supply Chain Contracts professional. You will evaluate suppliers, issue RFPs, facilitate bid evaluations, and negotiate contracts to support high-dollar aircraft programs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supply chain procurement, strong negotiation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree required in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ procurement/management experience.
• Experience with government contracting regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing suppliers for fit with strategic contracts.
• Prepare and issue requests for proposal (RFPs).
• Facilitate bid evaluation and down-selection processes.
• Prepare negotiation strategies and conduct contract negotiations.
• Negotiate with supply base to meet internal objectives.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams; ensure regulatory compliance.
