Atos seeks a Senior Contract Manager for Public Sector and Defense accounts to lead contract management across a portfolio of complex engagements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive contract management experience, including experience supporting Public Sector, Government, or Defense customers.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex technology services, outsourcing, managed services, cloud, or digital transformation contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle management including review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex agreements.
• Act as primary contractual advisor to account leadership, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, regulatory, and compliance risks.
• Ensure alignment with legal, finance, procurement, and executive leadership; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain contract repositories and track milestones, obligations, and renewals.
