Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Contract Manager for Public Sector and Defense to lead the contract management function across a portfolio of complex accounts, guiding review, drafting, negotiation and administration throughout the lifecycle. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Delivery teams to ensure compliance and drive contractual value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, public administration, finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive contract management experience, including Public Sector, Government, or Defense work.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex technology services, outsourcing, cloud, or digital transformation contracts.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance and change management.
• Experience working with executive leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, comm, presentation and relationship mgmt skills.
• Experience supporting US federal, state, and local government.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contract management function across a portfolio of complex Public Sector and Defense accounts.
• Review, draft, negotiate, administer and govern MSAs, SOWs, amendments and renewals.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure milestones, obligations, renewals, and notices are tracked.
• Serve as primary contractual advisor to account leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Provide contractual analysis to support business decisions and identify value opportunities.
• Identify, mitigate and escalate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regs.
