Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related fields.
• 5 years of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
• Public-sector contracting experience with specialization in professional services and construction contracts preferred.
• Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) and Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) required within 6 months of employment.
• Must possess an active Texas driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Contract Life Cycle and Contracts Negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provides centralized oversight of contract lifecycle administration of procurement contracts to ensure compliance.
• Develops and administers policies and contract templates to promote standardized procedures.
• Performs program management in reviewing contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Collaborates with executives to facilitate contract administration and resolve issues.
• Implements and audits contract management systems and records management.
• Monitors contract budgets and payment reviews across the lifecycle.

Education
